THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF MTE ECONOMIC SAFETY UNDER CONDITIONS OF INCREASING COMPETITION ON THE INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES MARKET

Abstract
The article reveals the essence of the economic safety management of motor transport enterprises (MTE) under the conditions of competition on the international market of road transport services market. In modern dynamic conditions of tough competition the introduction of new management systems which are encompassing all areas of the enterprise is an essential foundation for effective enterprise management and helps solve the problem of providing high level of economic security. It was determined that the enterprise economic safety management was symbiosis of two aspects such as strategic and operational. The subject is identified as the administrative apparatus. The object management is determined as the economic safety, and a system of interrelated elements of its economic security, which form the entity's ability to achieve its mission in the most effective use of all available types of resources in current and future periods. The model of management of MTE economic security was imposed/ It illustrates the interaction between the subsystems based on direct and inverse relationships implemented in horizontal and vertical directions within the restrictions. The main functions of management of economic security company grouped into three main blocks, namely: Critical (D), which covers the analysis and planning functions; converting (R), which includes the functions of the organization, motivation and control; Information and Control (J), which collects, processes information and carries out administrative control. The need for further development of the theoretical aspects of economic security companies in the context of the implementation of complex preventive measures to minimize the impact of threats to the effective functioning of the entity are grounded.
