The model of project management effectiveness in the light of empirical research

Abstract
Attaining the effectiveness in project management is stimulated by a num-ber of environmental and organizational factors including project culture, project structure and advanced project management processes. The relationships among them were presented in the article in the form of a project management effectiveness model. The model constitutes the theoretical synthesis of the re-search results and conclusions following them, which made it possible to for-mulate detailed implications for project management practice.
