TREATMENT UNIDENTAL PARTIAL EDENTATION THROUGH ADHESIVE PROSTHETIC RESTORATION

Abstract
This study is based on complex examination and treatment of 7 patients (5 women and 2 men) aged between 19 and 40 years with partial edentation frontal unidental treated with prosthetic adhesive restorations using the direct method. The purpose of this research was to study the peculiarities of the clinical examination unidental partial edentation, biomechanical rationale and determining the treatment indicated by the direct method using prosthetic adhesive restorations. The results and those reported by other authors confirm that the treatment edentation frontal unidental fixed by means of adhesive prosthetic restorations made by direct method is effective in treating temporary or provisional long term. In conclusion respecting the choice desiderata biomechanical treatment solution and thorough study of the peculiarities of the clinical examination allowed the establishment of the treatment indicated by the direct method using adhesive fixed prosthetic restorations.
