Water and carbohydrate content at leafs of plants used in medicine during vegetation

Abstract

Increase of carbohydrate content with cryoprotective function to the end of vegetation period was shown. The accumulation of carbohydrates in plants on Lake Baikal shores region was greater than it in Irkutsk region.
