NEAR MISS CASE OF HUS ASSOCIATED WITH IGA NEPHROPATHY IN PREGNANCY

Abstract

BACKGROUND Glomerular disease in pregnancy should be planned in patients who are in remission to decrease fetomaternal complications. Renal diseases can masquerading as preeclampsia at presentation. A renal biopsy is paramount in coming to the diagnosis when in doubt. Lupus and Immunoglobulin A (IgA) nephropathy are the most prevalent primary glomerulonephritis, which occur in women of childbearing age.
