Abstract
Main attention in the article is addressed to the analysis of one of the main conditions of ability of the public power such as functioning of deputy inviolability in Ukraine which should provide practical activities of the deputy, and also promote their close cooperation with their deputy colleges and electors. The aim of the research is to show that any kind of immunity leads to the violation of the equality as one of the main principle of human rights, deny the principle of supremacy of law, bring discredit upon constituent power and contribute to the political corruption. This problem plays a considerable role and causes large interest in modern society.
