«НЕГАТИВНАЯ МОБИЛИЗАЦИЯ» НАСЕЛЕНИЯ КАК РЕЗУЛЬТАТ ИНФОРМАЦИОННЫХ ВОЗДЕЙСТВИЙ В УСЛОВИЯХ «ГИБРИДНОЙ» ВОЙНЫ

Abstract
Проанализированы сущностные характеристики «негативной мобилизации». Определено влияние информационных воздействий на процесс негативной мобили- зации народа государства, против которого ведется «гибридная» война, и на народ страны, которая ведет эту войну. Показаны негативные последствия для общества такой мобилизации. Доказано, что применение таких технологий влияет на ста- бильность развития, порождает угрозы и риски, дестабилизирует политическую систему.
