Negotiation team – a brief technical overview

Abstract
Negotiating team is actually part of the preparation of the negotiation and its role is solving all problems arising, evaluation, argumentation and counter-argumentation, explanation etc. It is almost impossible that one man could fulfill all preparation requirements of the negotiation, it is recommended to build a team. The effectiveness of the negotiating team is not given by the number of its members, but by socio-professional training of each member, the mobility and flexibility of their thinking, the organization and coordination of activity.
