Abstract
The article presents the characteristics of legal and organizational measures aimed at combating trafficking in human beings in the Republic of Tajikistan. Based on the analysis of theoretical and legal sources, as well as data on criminal statistics, the author presents his position on the directions of improving the legislation regulating activities to combat trafficking in persons.
