Некоторые результаты оценки удовлетворенности врачей детской клинической больницы условиями и режимом труда

Abstract
Статья посвящена изучению удовлетворенности врачей, работающих в детской клинической больнице условиями и режимом труда. С этой целью было проведено анонимное анкетирование врачей трех педиатрических отделений, которое показало, что более 90% врачей составляют женщины, средний возраст которых 41,8±0,11 лет. Большая часть врачей не удовлетворены условиями труда, но удовлетворены режимом и психологическим климатом в коллективе. Большинство врачей педиатров, считают, что у них высокая интенсивность труда, они работают с перегрузкой и сверх рабочего времени. Тем не менее эти обстоятельства не вызывают у преобладающего большинства врачей желание сменить место работы и род деятельности.
