NEOPRAGMATIST PARADIGM OF RECEPTION OF MARTIN HEIDEGGER’S PHILOSOPY

Abstract
The article analyzes the neopragmatist conceptual paradigm in reception of Martin Heidegger’s philosophy within American intellectual tradition. In particular, it focuses onto the works of H. Dreyfus, M. Okrent and R. Rorty. It is shown that in the context of the neopragmatist program Heidegger’s philosophizing was considered from the standpoints of philosophy of mind, epistemology, metaphysics and philosophy of language. The horizon connecting Heidegger's thinking with pragmatism consisted in criticism of representationalism of traditional philosophy.
