New dimensions of the political age communication oversaturation

Abstract
In the article the basic aspects of the dynamics of values society communication glut. Analyzes the institutional and subject-practical dimension of modern ICT-society. The features of class division and social fragmentation in the context of the emergence of regional information poverty. Systematized aspects of social and political theory, revealing the essential features of qualitative changes of values and institutional dimensions of political dynamics of the modern world. We give a rationale for the inclusion of e-democracy research and information warfare in the context of Ukrainian political studies today.
