NEW GENERALIZATIONS AND NEW APPROACHES FOR TWO IMO PROBLEMS
Journal Title: Journal of Science And Arts - Year 2012, Vol 18, Issue 1
Abstract
Success in problem solving requires effort. These are not routine exercises. They are problems whose solutions depend of trying something new (like approaches and generalization for IMO problems). This article presents some new approaches for IMO problems. Also we give new generalizations for two IMO problems. In every section, we give example of inequalities by particularization.

GENERAL EXISTENCE FOR MINIMUM PROBLEMS IN BANACH SPACES
In this note we give some extensions of a recent result concerning the minimum problems in Banach spaces. These extensions are based on the fact that the topological degree of a coercive map is one and this still remains...
DE-NOISING KIDNEY ULTRASOUND ANALYSIS USING HAAR WAVELETS
In medical image processing, image de-noising has become a very essential exercise all through diagnose. A novel approach for the kidney ultrasound de-noising at multiple scales using the wavelet frame analysis was prese...
THE CONTENT OF HEAVY METALS IN POLLEN FROM DAMBOVITA REGION
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the use of the pollen as bio-indicator of environmental pollution. The content in Fe, Mn, and Zn from pollen samples uniformly distributed in Dambovita region was determined. We ha...
MAGNETIC BEHAVIOUR OF Co IN YCo4-xCuxB COMPOUNDS
The RCo4B compounds, where R is a rare-earth or yttrium crystallize in a hexagonal structure of CeCo4B-type. In this lattice, the R atoms are located in 1a and 1b sites, Co in 2c and 6i sites and B in 2d positions. The m...
NUMERICAL SOLUTION OF INTEGRAL EQUATION USING GALERKIN METHOD WITH HERMITE, CHEBYSHEV & ORTHOGONAL POLYNOMIALS
In this paper we introduce new approaches for numerical solution of Volterra integral equation of second kind. This numerical solution based on Galerkin method by using Hermite, Chebyshev & orthogonal polynomials. All ca...
