New going near the change of mechanism of bonuses of specialists and leaders on the basis of estimation of their competitiveness

Abstract

On the basis of the conducted researches it is established that enhancement of system of motivation of work of specialists and heads becomes one of the main factors of development of the entity in modern conditions. Authors this offer of new approach to awarding of specialists and heads on the basis of assessment of their competitiveness. The attention that mainly in the expert way it is possible to estimate result and level of accomplishment of any intellectual work is paid. As criteria (estimative ranks) extent of accomplishment of intellectual works of specialists and heads was offered. Of separate industrial enterprise carried-out assessment of competitiveness of specialists and heads. According to calculations awarding zones for specialists and heads were determined graphical. The offered system of awarding is able to afford to estimate more fairly work of specialists and heads at compliance with their actual competitiveness. A possible improvement of the offered methodology is by the management of estimation of competitiveness criteria.
