NEW INITIATIVES OF THE BLACK SEA ECONOMIC COOPERATION (BSEC)

Abstract

After 15 years from its birth, BSEC, which assumed at its launching, in 1992, the objcetive to accelerate the economic and social development of member-states for accomplishing a superior degree of integration in the European and global economy, by multilateral cooperation intensification and the use of advantages running from the geographycal proximity and the national economies complementarities, has an extraordinary records of success in the field's cooperation plan,and, until 2002, in the actions related to regional security and stability, cooperation with EU, collaboration with other initiatives and regional structures.
