NEW POINTS OF VIETNAMESE LAW ON TOUR ISM

Abstract
This article mentions some new points of Vietnamese Law on Tourism 2017. This Law contains some importantly meaningful contents for developing the tourism sector to become the key economic sector in Vietnam. Law focuses on stipulating all rights of tourist. Law also mentions the community tourism- type of tourism that developed on the basic of cultural values of community. Many administrative procedures have been simplified, registering to rank the staying facility for tourism that implemented under the voluntary principle. Law stipulates that if it establishes the inland travel business enterprise, Investor must deposit. Prime Minister establishes the tourism development assistance fund.
