NEW SORBENT PREPARATION FOR THE SYSTEM OF COMPLEX ECOLOGICAL MONITORING OF HEAVY METALS IN WASTE WATER

Abstract

Purpose. To prepare a sorbent for the group removal of metal ions by using the method of modification successive surface of silica by polymeric polyamine (polyhexamethelenguanidine phosphate) and sulfonated dye of triphenylme- thane family (brompirogallol red, pirogallol red). Methodology. Sorptive-spectrophotometrical and atomic-emissive determination of heavy metals in waste waters using silica modified by triphenylmethane dyes. Results. New sorbents on the basis of silica for the group concentration and determination of heavy metals have been offered. Conditions of the sorbents durability on the basis of successive modified silica in the solutions of different composition have been determined. Practical guidelines regarding the usage of sorbents on the basis of silica noncovalent modified triphenylmethane dyes for the division and group concentration of ions of metals have been formulated. Originality. The technique of sorbent preparation for the group removal of metalions using the method of modification successive surface of silica by polymeric polyamine (polyhexamethelenguanidine phosphate) and sulfonated dye of triphenylmethane family (brompirogallol red, pirogallol red) has been developed. Practical importance. The methods of group sorptivespectrophotometrical and atomic-emissive with inductively coupled plasma determinations of heavy metals in waste waters at the levels of 10-3-10-4 mg/dm3 have been developed.
