Journal Title: IJSR-International Journal Of Scientific Research - Year 2017, Vol 6, Issue 8
Abstract
Double intracranial aneurysm although not a very rare entity can be managed in the same way as we manage single aneurysms if we plan it properly. However management becomes tricky if we nd an incidental double aneurysm during the intervention for the primary intracranial aneurysm. Here we are going to present a case of 52 yr old lady diagnosed with basilar tip aneurysm planned for endovascular coiling & incidentally found to have fusiform aneurysm in the cavernous part of right ICA during the intervention.
