Abstract
The article present the issue of non-executive functions of the President of the Office of Elec-tronic Communications, both in the theoretical as well as the practical dimensions, as exemplified by the educational-informative actions of this body. The first part of the article discusses the opin-ions related to these issues as present in the doctrine of administrative law. The second part deals with the educational-informative powers of the President of the Office of Electronic Communica-tions. The third part presents actions of the body related to running the Consumer Information Centre and the Certification Programme of the President of the Office of Electronic Communica-tions.
