Abstract
Lipomas are benign, encapsulated, mesenchymal neoplasms and they are derived from mature fat cells. They are often observed on back, shoulders and abdomen. Usually settles subcutaneous and don’t infiltration to surrounding tissues, are well sircumsicribed mass. Least part of the lipomas located in head and neck. Ethyology of the lipomas are unclear besides that the lipomas which located of head and neck can interfere the outher patologies of these region. In this article we aimed to present a sternocleidomastoid muscle lipoma interfered nodular goiter.
