Nomenclature, classification criteria and categories of special investigative measures

Abstract
The basis of the normative regulation of special investigative measures is the limitation of human rights, and the legal conditions of special investigative measures largely depends on the level of limitation of human rights in their execution. Thereby, the limitation of fundamental human rights determines the subject empowered to authorize special investigative measures, be it the judge, the prosecutor or the head of the subdivision performing the special investigative activity.
