NOOSPHERE AS AN OBJECT OF LIBRARY-BIBLIOGRAPHIC RESEARCHES

Abstract
One of actual directions of modern theory of bibliography and library science is a study of concept and phenomenon of noosphere, its influences on librarybibliographic activity. The row of publications of the known scientist A. V. Sokolov, who considered the tasks of libraries on forming of noosphere through education of “Noosphere Man”, is sacred to these questions. In the article basic scientific conceptions, sacred to the study of noosphere as the scientific phenomenon and prospect of development of society, are exposed to the analysis and comparison. Development of idea of nooinformation and noospherological going to bibliography is shown. Drawn conclusion that all variety of conceptions of noosphere is laid in two kinds. The first interprets a noosphere as certain state of public consciousness, arising up as a result of historical development, without some evaluation description. The second binds the concept of noosphere to the ideal of development of society to which it is needed to aim. As a result it is possible an application of concept of noosphere in library-bibliographic researches in two aspects: either for the deep analysis of role and place of libraries and bibliography in an existent noosphere or for finding out of their contribution to perspective development of society on a way to a noosphere ideal. The article can be interesting to not only the theorists of library science and bibliography but also practices of library business, qualificatory the tasks of development of libraries on the modern stage.
