Normative base of administrative responsibility for violation of traffic rules, resulting in an accident

Abstract
We consider regulations that define the grounds of administrative responsibility for violation of traffic rules, which resulted in an accident; they identified deficiencies and provided proposals for the improvement of some of the legislation in this area.
