NORMATIVE CONSOLIDATION OF PRINCIPLE OF PERFORMANCE OF INTERNATIONAL OBLIGATIONS IN GOOD FAITH AND CORRELATION BETWEEN SAID PRINCIPLE AND RULE OF PACTA SUNT SERVANDA

Abstract
The article analyses issue of normative consolidation of principle of performance of international obligations in good faith in such fundamental international documents as Charter of United Nations, Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Cooperation among States in accordance with Charter of United Nations, Final Act of Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe. The article also traces issue of correlation between principle of performance of international obligations in good faith and rule of pacta sunt servanda.
