NORMATIVE-LEGAL ACT: CONCEPT AND SYSTEM OF FEATURES

Abstract
The concept of normatively-legal acts examined as a basic source of right. It is indicated that the basic signs of normatively-legal act are a normatively, generalities, orientations are on adjusting of public relations, acceptances by the authorized agents on that by organs, public servants or people in the severely certain order (to procedure), accordance to the requirements of legal technique in relation to maintenance and form of normatively-legal act and requirements to legal document, to time, to space and subject limits of action. A normatively-legal act is certain as a legal document (act) of the authorized subject of legislation that sets, changes or abolishes norms of right.
