NORMATIVE-LEGAL FACTOR OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE NATURE OF KNOWLEDGE OF STATE LANGUAGE POLICY IN THE SYSTEM OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

Abstract
This article provides a general description of the language situation in Ukraine, analyzes the factors (causes) that caused it, establishes the difference between the concepts of “state language” and “official language”, analyzes some provisions of significant legal acts that are in force and that act in Ukraine. The obtained assessment results allow a more reasonable approach to the formation of regulatory and legal factors for the development of an increase in knowledge of the state language policy in the public administration system.
