Normative legal regulation of bringing in citizen`s to the police offices: theoretical aspects

Abstract
In the article the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the national police" and other nor- mative legal acts regulating the grounds and procedure of bringing in citizens to police of- fices. Analyzed the legislation fixing rules on bringing citizens and police detention in the context of their independent state enforcement actions from the perspective of ensuring the rights and freedoms of man and citizen. It is noted that the EU-Ukraine Association provides for the harmonization of national legislation in order, which is brought to the po- lice citizens legally regulated as a component of the optional detention, which allows for legal guarantees of Police constitutional rights to liberty and security of person.
