НОРМАТИВНО-ПРАВОВЕ РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ РОЗВИТКУ ТВАРИННИЦТВА В УКРАЇНІ: ПРОБЛЕМИ ТА ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ

Abstract
The features of the renewed normative providing the legal mechanism of government control of livestock industry are considered and certain in Ukraine. Conclusions are done in relation to the basic tendencies of legislation change in the field of state support of livestock in Ukraine. The features of state support of livestock are investigational terms according with Ukraine membership in WTO and creation of free trade area between Ukraine and European Union. The scientific going got subsequent development near the questions of the state regulative function development. Outlined legal, economic, social and organizational pre-conditions of the state support system of livestock development improvement as the instrument of government control.
