Abstract
The research is devoted to the actual issues of legal regulation of the performance of notarial activities in Ukraine. The issues of formation of notarial procedural law in the state are considered. The article analyzes the work of notaries and legal acts on the concept and sources of Ukrainian notarial procedural law.
