NOTIFY PROCEDURES IN THE PROCEDURES FOR ESTABLISHING BANKS

Abstract
The article defines the definition of notification procedures. It analyzes their place in the classification of administrative procedures. The author reviews the application of notification procedures in the process of the establishment of banks. The article also formulates conclusions about their significance and perspectives of application.
