Novel Technique for Utilizing Analogue Video Signal for IRFPA Raw Data Transfer for Calibration Purposes
Journal Title: Journal of Advances in Mathematics and Computer Science - Year 2017, Vol 25, Issue 1
Abstract
Infrared focal plane array (IRFPA) is a bi-dimensional array of micro scaled infrared detectors which become essential sensing devices in a wide range of applications. Due to the need for mobility and power saving, new uncooled IRFPA’s have become more suitable to substitute cooled IRFPA in many applications that require lighter weight and lower power consumption. Electronic Designers aim to reduce power consumption by integrating circuits inside high-density chips, invent new solid state components which consume less power and eliminate excess components when they are rare to use. This paper focuses on eliminating high speed digital data link channel from low profile portable IR camera and instead of that, it proposes manipulating bit arrangements by video processing unit to overcome video signal major issues like noise, clipping, and pixel resolution.

The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and its Application to the Utilization of Mobile Learning Technologies
Researchers have argued that inclusion of technologies in the teaching-learning places must be preceded by the user accepting the technology. Without this effort, the technologies remain abandoned or heavily underutilize...
Modelling Miraa Addiction like a Disease Incorporating Voluntary Quitting
This study presented a deterministic model of miraa addiction based on three compartmental classes incorporating miraa specific attributes as well as the aspect of voluntary quitting. Our model was based on SIS classical...
The “Vertical” Generalization of the Binary Goldbach’s Conjecture as Applied on “Iterative” Primes with (Recursive) Prime Indexes (i-primeths)
This article proposes a synthesized classification of some Goldbach-like conjectures, including those which are “stronger” than the Binary Goldbach’s Conjecture (BGC) and launches a new generalization of BGC briefly call...
Improving Performance of GAs by Use of Selective Breading Evolutionary Process
In this paper, the use of selective breading evolutionary process for improving the performance of GAs is evaluated. To accomplish this evaluation, the generalized tardiness flow shop scheduling (GTFS) problem is designa...
Rigidity and Shrinkability of Diagonalizable Matrices
We introduce the seemingly new concept of a rigid matrix based on the comparison of its sparsity to the sparsity of the natural powers of the matrix. Our results could be useful as a usage guide in the scheduling of vari...
