Abstract
One of the acts amended by the new Vital Records Act is the Act on The Change of Name and Surname. These comments were organised according to the importance of changes. We begin with the amendments most important for acting in the field of change of name and surname, secondly we indicate less significant changes to end up with those amendments, which seem to have no normative meaning.
