Number of participants of criminal proceedings to new circumstances

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to the definition of the circle of subjects who have the right to apply for judicial review of newly discovered circumstances. Arguments need to expand the range of treatment subjects. Identified persons who should be given the procedural right to appeal to a statement on the ju- dicial review of newly discovered circumstances. It is proposed to make specific changes to the existing procedural law.
