Nutrient Status in Relation to Organic Farming Practices: A Review

Abstract

Soil organic matter is an important ecosystem property, regulating nutrient supply to plants and microbes, soil moisture, and long term C storage. Soil organic carbon, available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium contents were significantly influenced by the application organic matter.
