NUTRITION OF UKRAINIANS IN THE TERRITORY OF THE PHYSICO-GEOGRAPHIC REGION OF VOLINSK POLISSYA

Abstract
The problems of taxonomy of natural resource potential for recreational activity on the background of the physical and geographical area of Volyn Polissya are discussed. Physical-geographical zoning is considered at an angle of harmonization of recreational and tourist use of the landscapes of the region of research for the prospects of development of gastronomic tourism. To do this, you need to learn to see and understand the problem of recreational needs as a task for which you need to find your own, optimal ways, that is, develop a productive technology. Technological approach to the solution of scientific and production tasks requires constant development, finding of non-standard ways of solving their achievement with the help of a substantiated project action.
