Objective truth and legal reality in criminal procedural knowledge

Abstract
The article analyzes legal, as well as other - life obstacles in the way of legal cognition, which determine the nature of the truth that is known in the criminal proceeding. It is alleged that as a result of the proving in the criminal proceedings creates a legal product whose “truth” is limited; that used in the Code of Criminal Procedure states in the post-Soviet space, the term "objective" is to be understood as a synonym for impartiality.
