ОБОБЩЕННЫЕ ГЕОМЕТРИЧЕСКИЕ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ ПЛОСКОГО СЕЧЕНИЯ ПРИ ТЕРМОМЕХАНИЧЕСКОМ НАГРУЖЕНИИ МАТЕРИАЛА С ПАМЯТЬЮ ФОРМЫ

Abstract

The article studies generalized geometric characteristics of a flat section with allowance for the variable elasticity parameter with an uneven temperature distribution. The formulas for generalized moments of inertia and coordinates of the reduced center of gravity are given. Numerical calculations of the rectangular section in the Mathcad system are carried out. A numerical calculation was made for the following values of the constants. As a result of the calculation, the values of reduced geometric characteristics of a flat section were obtained. When calculating, it was assumed that the modulus of elasticity of the material as a result of heating was reduced by 5 %. Calculations have been performed for two cases: when the modulus of elasticity changes (decreases) by 5 % and when the modulus of elasticity changes (decreases) by 10 %, under the same conditions. Such changes for conventional materials, for example for structural steels (steel 40, steel 45, etc.), usually this change is up to 5 % when heated to 2500C. But for magnesium alloys, for aluminum alloys, etc., for other materials, this change is 11 % -30 %. And the calculations show that up to 5 %, in principle, you can use the usual geometric characteristics, but when the modulus of elasticity decreases by 10 % and higher, then it is necessary to use generalized geometric characteristics and it is necessary to calculate the stress-strain state with the help of these characteristics.
