OBRAZ MACIERZYŃSTWA MARYI W WYBRANYCH EUCHOLOGIACH MSZALNYCH COLLECTIOMISSARUMDE BEATA MARIA VIRGINE
Journal Title: Kieleckie Studia Teologiczne - Year 2016, Vol 15, Issue
Abstract
The article entitled “The Image of Mary’s Maternity in Chosen Mass Euchologies from Collectio Missarum de Beata Maria Virgine" presents the extraordinary form of the Christ’s Mother maternity depicted in mass prayers designated for subsequent fragments of the liturgical year. The author depicts only certain fragments of the vast richness of the Collectio, which itself is a result of the mariological reflection of the Second Vatican Council together with the post-Council Tradition of the Holy Church. The undertaken analysis depicts subsequent stages of development of Mary’s motherhood - beginning with being called to constant virginity, through Her motherhood to Her Son, Jesus Christ, up to the spiritual motherly care for each believer, which points to Her participation in the messiah vocation of Her Son.
