Obraz MRI stawów biodrowych u dziecka z dysplazją kręgosłupowo-nasadową w okresie zaistrzenia dolegliwości bólowych i w okresie remisji

Abstract
Streszczenie. Autorzy przedstawiają przypadek 10-letniej dziewczynki z dysplazją kręgosłupowo-nasadową, u której wykonano badanie rezonansu magnetycznego (MR) stawów biodrowych fazie ostrych dolegliwości bólowych i po roku w okresie remisji. W MR wykazano istotne zmiany w obrazie stawów biodrowych odpowiedzialne za dolegliwości i zmiany zejściowe po ustąpieniu ostrej fazy bólowej, w przeciwieństwie do standardowego badania RTG, w którym nie stwierdzono istotnych różnic w obu okresach choroby.
