Общие основы формирования кадров для аппарата суда

Abstract
Анализируются проблемные вопросы подготовки кадров для аппаратов судов, назначения их на должности, перечня должностей аппарата суда. Исследуются научные взгляды на понятие государственной службы и специфику её регулирования в аппаратах судов, объёмы нормативного регулирования вопросов формирования кадров аппарата суда. Акцентируется внимание на несогласованности действующего законодательства в указанной сфере. Формулируются предложения к требованиям, выдвигаемым кандидатам на должность руководителя аппарата суда.
