OBTAINING OF POLYCONDENSATION TYPE MONOFUNCTIONAL SULFOCATIONITE
Journal Title: International scientific journal Science and Innovation - Year 2025, Vol 4, Issue 5
Abstract
A new method for synthesizing sulfocationite is proposed, based on the use of sodium salt of p-styrene sulfonic acid and furfural in the presence of zinc chloride as a catalyst. The resulting ion-exchange material has high mechanical strength, heat resistance, chemical stability and a homogeneous structure. The main advantage of the method is the production of a monofunctional cationite without additional undesirable functional groups
