All the fractures united with a union rate of 94%. Radiological union was possible in 12.2 weeks, average range of motion in knee joint flexion was 1350, full ankle motion observed in 90% patients. There were one case of mal union, two cases of superficial infection, twelve cases of knee pain, one case of implant failure, one case of shortening, one case of Nonunion and two cases of delayed union.
