Ocena funkcji głośni przy użyciu parametrów fali śluzówkowej

Abstract
W pracy oceniono przydatność kliniczną współczynników otwarcia uzyskanych za pomocą wybranych metod bezpośredniej i pośredniej oceny fali śluzówkowej fałdów głosowych. Analizowano wartości parametrów w zależności od rozpoznania klinicznego. Przedstawiono algorytm oparty na bezpośrednich i pośrednich metodach pomiaru fali śluzówkowej, który pozwala na zróżnicowanie zaburzeń głosu o podłożach organicznym i czynnościowym. Opracowana metoda, służąca obiektywizacji funkcji głośni w różnych patologiach głosu, cechowała się wysoką czułością i swoistością.<br/><br/>
