OCENA RYZYKA USZKODZENIA OBIEKTÓW MOSTOWYCH

Abstract
W pracy przedstawiono koncepcję oceny ryzyka uszkodzenia obiektów mostowych w aspekcie ataków terrorystycznych, na przykładzie kilku wybranych mostów znajdujących się na terenie Wrocławia. Przyjmując założenie, że na danym terenie zniszczony zostanie tylko jeden most, do określenia wartości ryzyka uszkodzenia tych obiektów wykorzystano dwie wybrane metody optymalizacji wielokryterialnej (metodę Analitycznego Procesu Hierarchicznego i metodę Bellingera). Zaletą prowadzonych analiz jest fakt, że przyjętą hierarchię wariantów decyzyjnych można bezpośrednio wyjaśnić w sposób naukowy, a nie odwoływać się tylko do subiektywnej wiedzy i doświadczenia eksperta.
