Оценка инновационного развития региона как инструмент совершенствования региональной инновационной системы (на примере кемеровской области)

Abstract
The article discusses the concept of innovative development of the region and the regional innovation system, identified three components of the regional innovation systems: innovation potential, innovation climate, innovation susceptibility. In addition, the method of estimation of innovative development of the region, conducted testing of method on the example of the Kemerovo region, on the basis of the obtained results highlighted the problems of innovative development of the region, recommendations for improving the effectiveness of innovative development of the Kemerovo region.
