OCHRONA KARNA PRAW PACJENTA

Abstract
Provisions of the penal code are a base of the criminal liability of the medical staff from 6 June 1997. This responsibility includes acts directed against goods as particularly protected as the life or the health of the man. Penalties can be consequences of breaking into these goods: of the fine, the restriction or the imprisonment. The article included issues associated with pointing and describing instruments of the protection of patient's rights and based on the criminal law.
