Ochrona przed spamem w przepisach

Abstract
A long time ago in the United States was established computer network. Initially, there were three computers compiled by scientists working for the U. S. military. We found it very beneficial, and the next stage of the technique introduced in universities, and eventually created the Internet. University scientists approached the matter very professionally focused its activities mainly on the creation of advanced protocols, through which you can communicate between different types of machines, systems, or operations and programs. Each time the activity of the Internet is based on specialized protocols. The average Internet user does not realize the seriousness of the situation and the complexity and amount of these protocols, which comes to him to use every day. In this paper we adopted the goal of the analysis simple act of sending and receiving e-mails in the context of the related spam and legal conditions.
