Abstract
У статті розглянуто інструменти та методи управління підприємством, впровадження яких дозволяє вищому керівництву підприємства приймати тільки ті рішення, які зміцнюють позиції підприємства на ринку. Зростання вартості підприємства є індикатором його успішної діяльності та одним з критеріїв інвестиційної привабливості. Визначено порядок дій для формування ефективної системи управління вартістю підприємства. Сформовано етапи впровадження системи управління вартістю підприємства.
