Оцінка ефективності землеустрою та землевпорядкування / Land management effectiveness estimation

Abstract
Land tenure social and economic development state of the art is the evidence of the need for further improvement of land management considering the existing economic potential. Full assessment indicators of local community land management effectiveness are substantiated in the article. Local community land management economic, environmental and social effectiveness assessment criteria system has been suggested. Проаналізовано соціально-економічний стан розвитку землекористування; незважаючи на наявний економічний потенціал, обґрунтовано необхідність подальшого вдосконалення землеустрою та землевпорядкування. Наведено показники комплексної оцінки ефективності землеустрою та землевпорядкування на місцевому рівні, зокрема запропоновано систему критеріїв оцінки рівня їх економічної, екологічної та соціальної ефективності.
