Abstract
У статті розглянуті питання побудови та ефективного впровадження інформаційних систем управління підприємством. Досліджені питання оцінки цих впроваджень через призму показників КРІ та вплив цих проваджень на економічну діяльність підприємства. Були визначені групи показників КРІ ІТ на підприємстві та надано їх характеристику.
